Nice! I haven't spoken German in so long that I can barely form a complete sentence, but astonishingly I find I can understand everything you are saying. Surely that is only because you are discussing Arimaa rather than, say, politics.

Your name suggests german ancestors... Infact when I first heared it, I was convinced you were german and was suprised to find out you are not. Anyways, always good to be understood. I usually understand non-native-english speakers better than ... most of the american ones. (not really having trouble understanding brits)

I'm pretty sure that noone would ever write it but I guess that saying "zwo" instead of "zwei" is pretty common, to be used while counting up quickly.
