Tournament has been setup along with the wiki page and announcement. Registration is open and as always is encouraged but optional.
I shifted to a slightly later time to see if it might help pick up some players from the North American west coast, maybe even some early bird Australia and Asia players. 
Let me know about anything I missed or got wrong.

Yay! Thanks for running another summer tournament yet before school starts. I will probably be able to participate in this one, unless I am on the road.

Games played per round was 4-5-6-4-6-5-4, average 4.86, crushing our previous record by a full game per round. Woot!
Stay tuned for the announcement of the next tournament to be held September 13.
