2025 WC Rescheduling and Appeal Thread

We are supporting rescheduling games again this year. As last year, forfeits may not be considered final until the end of the round window, in case the affected players value playing a game over a tournament win. (This takes precedence over any conflicting statement on the wiki with respect to the official rules.)
This thread is also for any notes and appeals after a timeout, and for the resumption of play after a forfeit.
Again the rescheduling rules are:
- Both players should post here
- Both players should include the timeslot of their future game
- Other information (such as the game time in EDT or UTC) is helpful, but the game will be scheduled based on timeslot number. Ensure the number is correct, and beware of daylight savings!
- Please make every effort to post here at least 24 hours before the ORIGINAL start time. I will make reasonable efforts to move games on shorter notice, but I can only guarantee a reschedule if I get 24 hours of warning.
Please do not use this thread for anything else.
