I wanted to play this game defensevely and wanted to see how to bot would react. Most of the time I was making only one move, and on several occasions I was repeating my moves. On move 49 Arimaazilla lost due to submitting an illegal move. How could this be possible Maybe there is some issue with the programming algorithm of Arimaazilla? How can I contact the programmer to let him know?

You'll need a medium for that. Sadly, Don Dailey died last year.
Most likely, the program didn't check for repeating positions. If you wish to look at the code, part of it is available here:
