Abandoned games + frozen Interface

I just had 2 games where the bots produced a timeout. Each time a was afraid, that my interface was frozen and I would lose the game - but if the computer did make a wrong move I and I refresh the game it would see the game as abandoned, right ? I honestly do not see a point in the abandoned feature under no circumstances. Even less if counted as a draw. (I could possibly understand a no-game)

If there is a network problem a fast time control game could end up becoming abandoned as the server thinks both players left and time has run out for one of the players. Maybe we should treat abandoned games as unrated even if they were started as a rated game.

| I think that is the fairest thing to do. Whether or not a game started out as rated, if it is abandoned it should become unrated.

I made the change so that it will not effect the ratings if a game is abandoned. Still need to test it out though.
