continuing a timed-out game ??

Hi, sorry to kerdamdam for timing out during the vacations, and to my other opponents for getting very low on reserve. Here is my question : I apparently timed out against UltraWeak, but the game was still openable, so I played my move and got 5 hours of reserve (so I guess I had timed out 19 hours earlier). Do the rules allow a player to go on playing up to 24 hours after timing out ? If not I can resign the game and apologize to UltraWeak (who might ultra-beat me anyway )

Interesting... Do you mean your reserve time was showing -19 hours before you moved, and after you moved it showed 5 hours? Or was your reserve time showing 0 before you moved?

As far as I know if you used reserve time during a move, the reserve time will not increase after you made the move, that means you actually still have 5 hours on reserve before you made the move. .. and I don't think you need to worry about losing that game to me now

| Hmmm... I'm more inclined to suspect you had 5 hours left and it didn't display properly than I am inclined to suspect that you were 19 hours overtime and were accidentally given an extra 24 hours.
