Unrate Game feature

I've changed the Unrate Game feature so that it uses Bomb2005P2 to determine which side is winning before allowing the game to be unrated. I wanted the decision to be made within 30 seconds and be hardware independent. This won't be perfect, but it will definitely improve the current situation.

Thanks to Toby who had originally suggested this a long time back.

Thanks for implementing this, Omar.  I think it will spare lots of hard feelings.  What is the cutoff in Bomb's evaluation?  Do you have to be at least +0.01 to unrate a game, or can you still unrate if you are close, say -0.05 or better?

Also, aren't there some positions where BombP2 takes more than 30 seconds to evaluate?  In that case do you cut off the time at 30 seconds, or do you let BombP2 run the full two ply?

Regardless of the details Fritz, I think that it's a swell idea. If a bot like bomb deems that you are losing a game then it's close enough to decide that you don't have the right to unrate it. What a brilliant idea, I wish I had thought of it myself!

I gave a little bit of a leeway and used a value of -1 or higher to unrate the game.

I don't have any cutoff on how long to wait for BombP2 to finish the evaluation. I used P2 instead of CC so that the evaluation would go fairly quickly in most cases. In cases where one side or the other has an unstoppable goal, the evaluation takes only a few seconds.

I tried to unrate my game (46886) I won on time against Slowstorm because he had trouble with his connection but I wasn't allowed to do that. I think it should be unrated.

Why ain't I allowed to unrate that game?

Apparently BombP2 thinks you are winning by more than one rabbit.  (I see you won two rabbits for a cat, so Bomb must also like your position to put you over the top.)  If the losing side has a score of -1 or more in Bomb's opinion, the unrate feature is disabled.

I think, however, that the side that won the game should always be allowed to unrate it, regardless of board position, so maybe we can ask Omar to put that feature back in.

Thanks for explaining, Fritzlein.
I suggested to Slowstorm that he should unrate our game.

I agree that the winner should always be allowed to unrate a game.
