Is it just me, or does this site go down a lot? Frequently I've found that the servers will stop responding, won't load up pages, etc.
Is this common, or is some sort of development occurring at the moment?

Hmm, I haven't noticed it being down at all lately. Next time it goes down you might check http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ (just put arimaa.com in the text box and hit enter) to see if the server is actually down or if it is something between you and the server.

Server has been up and logs show no unusual load. Most likely it a temporary network problem between you and the server.

I live in France, that is another continent, yet never had any problems connecting to this site at least for the last couple of months. The glitches must be on your end.
