Rating Uncertainty. It's a very approximate measure of how confident the server is in the accuracy of your rating. It goes down with more games played, and goes up with time. Max is 120 and minimum is 30.
People who play most frequently will have RU=30, indicating that there is less uncertainty about their rating.
