Hello guys, just a note to let you know that I've made a dutch translation of the rules of Arimaa at IG Game Center:
http://www.iggamecenter.com/info/nl/arimaa.html

I've taken the liberty to translate 'rabbit' with 'haas' (hare). You see, we associate a hare with speed and a race, whereas we associate 'rabbit' with something quite different, where 'speed' is not of the highest priority (though it is for rabbits).

Moreover, someone really stupid is referred to as "dom konijn" (stupid rabbit).
If anyone prefers 'konijn' after this, please let me know Wink

Wow, thanks Christian; that was very nice of you. I agree a hare would be more appropriate to give a connotation of speed.
