Last weekend Karl introduced many people to Arimaa at the BGG convention.
I also gave a talk about Arimaa. It didn't have much of a turn out since most of the people were deeply engrossed in games and couldn't break away. But I did make an audio recording of the talk. Last couple of days I've been trying to make a video from it which also incorporates the slides. I'm having problems with the audio/video getting out of sync after I upload the video to motionbox and it tries to optimize it. The sync seems good at the beginning of the video but gets really bad towards the end. Anyways I've posted it as it is. Here is the link:

Maybe it would be easier to just upload the slides to scribd.com and let people follow along on their own.

Omar it would be nice to have a pure sound file for the people not lucky enough to have a speedy computer along with the animated version for the others.
