Title: Piece images in SVG? Post by ingwa on Oct 6th, 2011, 9:06am I'm thinking of developing a graphical user interface for Arimaa using C++ and the Qt toolkit. Qt can use vector images in the UI and not just bitmaps so the board will be completely scalable. But the question is: is there a set of images of the Arimaa pieces in the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format? If not, I can try to ask a friend I have who is an artist to create them, but if there already is a standard set, I'd rather use that. And btw, the license says I need written permission if I recall correctly. Where do I get that? |
