Tournament has been setup along with the wiki (http://arimaa.com/arimaa/mwiki/index.php/2014_Weekend_Tournaments#October_25_Open_Swiss_Tournament) page and announcement. Registration (http://arimaa.com/arimaa/events/reg.cgi?e=2014wt07) is open and as always is encouraged but optional.

I'm trying out a few new things with this tournament. A rotation of time controls, expanded number of rounds, a large starting reserve, small increment control, and larger than 'normal' maximum turn limits for the small reserve controls.
