We have not had rescheduling in recent years with the single elims and, aside from normal rescheduling, this year this thread can be used for scheduling early games in the winner's bracket, where players will have two weeks to play one game. Below is copied from kzb52's 2017 post.

This thread is also for any notes and appeals after a timeout, and for the resumption of play after a forfeit.

Again the rescheduling rules are:

Both players must post here
Both players must include the timeslot of their future game
Other information (such as the game time in EST or UCT) is helpful, but the game will be scheduled based on timeslot number. Ensure the number is correct, and beware of daylight savings!
Please make every effort to post here at least 24 hours before the ORIGINAL start time. I will make reasonable efforts to move games on shorter notice, but I can only guarantee a reschedule if I get 24 hours of warning.

Please do not use this thread for anything else.

dpalmer and I agreed to reschedule our round 3 game to time slot 73 (7pm EST; 6 pm CST) on Saturday.

Given further communication in the chatroom, ChrisB-dpalmer has been rescheduled to slot 73; dpalmer should still confirm this change before the game.
