As a new player I've been focusing on climbing the bot ladder, however I'm definitely making several big mistakes in these games. Any tips on how to improve?

My first thought: You are playing very good for having played 21 games.
In my opinion, your tactics are good. Your only tactical mistake in this game was losing the camel. Always checking if the opponent can capture a piece or get a rabbit to goal is the first step. You only get better at tactics through practicing, though.

I don't see any huge strategic flaws in your game either.
For strategic guidance, there is the Arimaa wikibook, the two published books and commented game videos.

Playing games against humans and postal games will improve your strategies as well.

I don't have any other general advice I can give you right now. If you want to discuss a game you can also do this by entering the chatroom and asking for advice.

EDIT: You had quite a big lead for most of the game. You did not win barely, it was quite convincing.
