I am seeking opponents with ratings around 1400 for live games at the time control "Regular 1 minute per move."  10 am Pacific time USA on either Saturday or Sunday would make a good game time.

You should be able to create an open game that can help you find an opponent.

From the gameroom menu select 'Play Now' -> 'Create Open Game'. You can set the time for the game, and the opponents rating.
