I just noticed that bot_speedy isn't appearing any more on the lists for Top Rated Players and Established Players, even though it still has an RU of only 82.  Weird, eh?

The list is limited to bots that have logged in within a year.

Ah, good.  It seems like a year is a good cutoff to be considered inactive, even if it would take 70 weeks for an RU to rise from 30 to 100.
