One of the bots would not start.

Here is the error message:

The bot bot_Loc2006P1 did not seem to start. Check the gameroom to be sure. If it really did not start, try again later or report the problem in the Forum.

This could happen if other instances of the same bot are already playing. I just checked and this bot was set to only have one instance running. The other P1 bots are all set to a limit of 10 (since P1 bots don't consume much CPU time). I guess I must have forgot to increase the limit for this bot when I set it up. I've changed it to 10 now.

Also noticed that bot_Loc2006P2 was set to 1. Changed it to 10 also.
