Why can't I change the time controls for the bot ladder?

Because it is unchangeable (at least for normal users like you and me :)).

What would you like to change the time controls to? Is there a particular bot that is moving too slowly at present?

For the P1 bots, they move fast and you have a long time, but if you want to play faster you can play faster.

For the higher levels, i.e. the "Fast", "Blitz", and "CC" bots, the time control is the way the strength of the bot is determined. If GnobotBlitz had to move in 15 seconds while you could think a long time, it wouldn't be a blitz game.
