Thanks to Omar and to his diligence we have our site back in pretty much the same state as it was before the crash. When Fritz told me about the problems, I never thought we’d get back the game room so quickly. I believe that for this exploit and his dedication to the site that has given us so much joy, Omar deserves our collective thanks.

Let me be the first to express gratitude and appreciation for it.

I'd gladly pay double to play here! Just kidding... it is remarkable that we have a free place to play. I am extremely grateful for Omar's gift to society. I know how late Omar stayed up on Monday night trying to get the server back up and running, because I saw how exhausted he was at work on Tuesday. I think Omar's kind example is a big reason the rest of the community here is so generous and friendly as well.

I found out about Arimaa about one year ago. During that year it has given me many hours of fun and enjoyment. Thanks very much, Omar, for giving us this great game and this great place to play it!

Hey, woh. I see after the disk got restored you have a rating of ... 0.

That's a new record, I think. I thought you played better than that, but you must have had some tough losses recently. 0. Worst. Rating. Ever. It's worse than random. It's suicidal! Maybe you should talk to somebody, but you'll probably have to pay them to listen.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. It's really nice to see the community growing and enjoying the site. I'm really glad this problem happened now and not a few months later when we would be in the middle of the tournaments. Hope the site stays stable now :-)
