Title: Gameroom time zone times are off by an hour

Today, when I looked at the time displayed at the top of the main gameroom page, YLT was correct.  However, when I selected Los Angeles or Denver time, they appeared to be behind by an hour.  

Looks like whatever displays these times hasn't sprung forward.

Yes, this can happen. The GMT offsets are fixed for the cities. I'm looking for a page that lists major cities and their GMT or UTC offsets so that this will be updated automatically.
