Discovered this a little while ago and we talked about it in the chatroom, but since I see someone else had the same problem getting it a more permanent posting is probably a good idea.

When using a timecontrol that doesn't explicitly set the percentage of unused move time that should be added to the reserve (such as 30s/30m) the default is suppose to be 100. In actuality the server seems to be defaulting to 0, meaning nothing will ever be added to the reserve.

The workaround is to just be sure to always specify the percentage, e.g. 30s/30m/100.
