I wanted read Arimaa strategy in print version, so I have created Print version to Arimaa wikibook.

Hey, thanks for doing this. I notice that the "Introduction to strategy" material, which goes a level deeper in the tree, is missing from the flat version. There may be other deeper levels which are missing too. Also, I notice someone put in some vandalism on "Camel Hostage Theories", which I have removed from the original page.
