The November issue of Scientific American Mind has a short but very favorable review of Arimaa in the section "Brainy Gifts".  Perhaps we'll get a boost to Christmas sales, as people choose between a Zeo sleep-brainwave monitor, a Nike running monitor, and the awesome new game of human intelligence.  I know which one I would choose.   :)
