Ah, I also have never seen it before.  He is no longer listed among the members.  Perhaps he clicked on "Profile" and then "Delete User"?

I believe he refers to the fact that in the list of forum topics, SpeedRazor's nick is given in unclickable black text, unlike those of the authors of all the other forum topics.
