Title: Unrelated pieces of moves Post by 722caasi on Sep 22nd, 2010, 3:26am I have noticed that many moves involve two separate parts, such as three step move-and-pull, and then an entirely separate step. I was wondering what use that final step is most useful for, because I often seem to either waste it or not use it to its full advantage. |

Whenever I have 1 extra step left over, I usually look towards reinforcing traps or closing holes in my defensive wall. For example, if I have 4 rabbits on the west side but only 2 on the east side, then I'll slowly move 1 rabbit over each time I have an extra step to use. Especially if I think there's a long-term chance for counter-play by my opponent on the east wing. If there's a tactical battle looming around a certain trap, I'll often triple-protect it if there's a potential 3rd defender just 1 step away. |
