I am supposed to be studying for the CFA test right now but I can't because you are distracting me! d**n you Arimaa d**n you!

There was a Firefox plug-in called LeechBlock that you could use to limit the time you spend visiting websites to which you're addicted.

My guess is that it wouldn't do a good job of stopping you.

A lot of graduate students experience this; there's a term for it; it's called "dog wash"; stuff that distracts you when you are supposed to be working on your thesis.

Sometimes we can't see the forest... because we're working on that d... thesis and don't have time to go out and see the forest!!!
