Title: Challenge Prize Pledge

For some years I have been pledging $1000 to the challenge prize fund. I have always done it on a year-by-year basis, thinking that I might some day become less active in the Arimaa community for some reason or another. I didn't want my financial commitment to be hanging around on five or ten years after I stopped playing.

Now, although I don't intend to stop playing Arimaa completely, my enthusiasm has waned enough that it is time for my $1000 pledge to the 2015 Arimaa Challenge prize fund to be the last one. I realized this when I realized that in addition to not taking part in the human ladder, I probably wouldn't participate in a Mob vs. browni3141 game either, nor next year's Postal Mixer. My only real remaining commitment is to play in the World Championship for a while to see how well I can do without further study, as 99of9 has done for some years.

Good luck developers in winning the Arimaa Challenge in 2015!
