I'm also with aaaa on this one, it's the only move that gets our horse away from the enemy camel. No need to vote here I think, just move as soon as possible.

Surprisingly after 21s De6 ed6 22g hd4 Ed5 I do feel our position has improved. Of course sharp is leading, what can be easily demonstrated by Rg5 capture.
But I am afraid 21s De6 hd6 22g mb4 actually would not be a big problem for silver. ... we could not hope for more than a camel hostage for dog and rabbit ... what does not look well

It's worse than that, because Silver can take his time capturing the dog and get his camel out of immediate danger first, e.g. by putting it on c6.
