Rabbits and I have agreed to reschedule our league game from Thursday evening in the USA (Friday @ 0000 GMT) to Saturday morning in the USA.
Greg (rabbits) let me pick the hour and I choose 0800 CDT (0900 EDT; 1300 GMT).
Unless I hear otherwise, I'll assume that the game will start at the above rescheduled time.

Addendum: Well rabbits beat me in this message by less than a minute. Looks like we're both good with the rescheduled time.

Yes, I have changed the time of the officially scheduled game. Let me know if I got it wrong.
Keen observers may note that the game has been rescheduled to a time that is later than the times provided by the scheduling tool. I assumed that this would be prohibited, but the rules are quite clear that a later time is permitted:
Quote:| 7.2.1 If both players agree to a rescheduling, it must be before 00:00 Monday of Week 2 of the following round. |

I am not sure what the rationale is behind allowing six full days for rescheduling, and I would suggest that in the future rescheduling be limited to the original schedule window. For the game at hand, however, there can be no harm, and in any event the rules must be respected as they exist. As it turns out, the players may have provided spectators with even greater tension and drama, because this game is now the last one of the season, and the championship may be riding on it!

After the game times were set, a schedule conflict popped up for me. Chessandgo has graciously consented to move our game time two hours earlier, to Saturday 09:00 central time, 14:00 GMT, coincidentally the time that rabbits and Nombril were scheduled to play before they moved their game later.

Btw, it's pretty impressive to be able to host two persons in one head. I have a hard time already not getting crazy in spite of being just by myself in my own head. Especially when I have to yell on the 3 other guys who are singing 24/7 La Marseillaise, Au Clair de la Lune and Wake Up respectively.
