Remi Coulom the inventor of the Whole History Rating system was interviewed by the French newspaper Le Monde about this rating system. He happened to mention that the Arimaa community is using WHR. Check it out:

If you use Chrome, it tries to translate the page for you and does a decent job. I was able to read it that way.
