I'm thinking of Arimaa as one of the next games for Boardspace.net, but I'd like the robot player to be as credible as possible, within the constraints of the site, which are:
(1) Java only
(2) Quick enough play to avoid boring the humans.

Perhaps you could collaborate with Henrik to improve the bot AI and add it to Boardspace. It's part of this project:

The GUI and board logic is not a problem, but since one of the main points in the design of Arimaa was to make it hard to program an AI, I figured some experienced help would be a big advantage over my usual slap-dash AIs.
