2014 WC Volunteer Coordination

The World Championship tournament can not be anywhere near as successful as it has been without the help and efforts of all the people who volunteer to support each game played. The TC, Commentators and game audio and video recorders keep the tournament going.
Last year to help coordinate all of this a google spreadsheet was created. This seemed to work well to keep everything running smoothly, so I've gone ahead and created another one for this year. The new spreadsheet can be found at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aq1sLIA-T44zdGY2UXpXQXREemZ ZMVEzRFhVS1NPMkE&usp=sharing
Each round a new sheet (tab at the bottom of the page) will be created for that round.

Also, to embed the radio in the game window, I understand someone has to use http://arimaa.com/arimaa/gameroom/td/radio.cgi, but it only works for Fritz and you Janzert? So we have to either signal in advance which games we will be commentating so that you can schedule it (?), or have one of you two present? I'm not sure if I understand correctly.
Would it be possible for TCs to be able to perform that widget start? So that unscheduled commentary be possible?

For those who missed it, we had our first live broadcast on Youtube for the final game in Round 2, browni3141 vs kzb52: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oJl8N8dpbY
For some reason Youtube lost the end of the video even though (as far as I know) it continued to broadcast right through to the end of the game.

It was a pleasure, I'm glad it worked out. Well, sort of. I hope Youtube doesn't throw too many wobblers like that, I'm just annoyed that I can't do anything about it.

I'm not familiar at all with youtube live brooadcasting. What are the options to make people outside the arimaa community aware of our broadcasts?
