Lightvector/Sharp found a neat goal in 4 in this game: http://arimaa.com/arimaa/gameroom/comments.cgi?gid=603707 (on move 31g).
Solution in chat archive 27.11. 4:45:11 AM UTC. (the win is not proven to be the fastest or unique though)

Inspired by the game the goal in 4 puzzle is based on, this should be a win in 11 (not the obvious win in 12) puzzle:
