Now that there are stronger bots than Bomb, shouldn't it be replaced as the one who judges whether a game may be unrated?

I played a game against bomb that I lost on time and wanted to unrate. Needless to say bomb wouldn't allow me to unrate the game that it won. I sense a conflict of interest here. I tried to reason with it but it just kept spitting out it's negative evals.
 
I'm joking of course, but I do think it would be nice to have a stronger arbiter bot. Bomb is good enough for most cases, but not all. It's not really such a big deal, and I won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen, but it would be a small improvement for the site.
