Hi everyone. I'm new here and have been learning to play the game by working my way up the Bot Ladder. Unfortunately I started having a problem where the bot makes an illegal move during game setup which ends the games.

It's happening with Loc2007P2 and Clueless2007P1 and Arimaa2006P2 (which are the only 3 bots I can play above me right now).

Is anyone else able to get Bot Ladder games to work currently? Does anyone have ideas what I can do to fix the problem?

I had the same thing happen and mentioned it in the chatroom a few days ago, but I guess it is still happening. In my case, the bots were always on Gold and I believe it was the same bots you mention, so maybe it is just those ones that have an incompatibility with the new server. Someone could send Omar an email directly in case he isn't aware of it.

Thanks. I already contacted Omar that way, but wanted to try here to, since I'm new and didn't know which would work first.

I'm glad to report that the bots are working again at this point :)
