In this evening's game with Fritzlein, after move 30, the bot window printed the updated board, then Gameserver: No Game Data got signal USR1 about to clean up leaving the game and started a new game. But the game still showed active the current games window.

I support an inquiry. Firsttry has had quite a few timeouts recently, and I think it has a pretty ironclad timing control. It has even timed out when I allowed 15 seconds for communication with the server! But until now I haven't looked for error messages like that one that David found. I shall be on the lookout.

This is what I see in the event log: 1100242705 [Fri Nov 12 06:58:25 2004] move 29b received from b 1100242724 [Fri Nov 12 06:58:44 2004] move 30w received from w 1100242725 [Fri Nov 12 06:58:45 2004] b player has left 1100243445 [Fri Nov 12 07:10:45 2004] game finished with result w t 1100243456 [Fri Nov 12 07:10:56 2004] w player has left Since Bomb updated the window with the new move, that means it got the move from the game server, but then for some reason when it tried to connect back it got the 'No Game Data' message when in fact the game was still there. If you have a net log file from this game, can you email it to me.
