You have all probably noticed the lack of great strength improvements of Meijin.
That is because we have concentrated on getting a good base for future improvements. Among other things we have written a static goal detector and static capture move generator. These are now improved to a state where it's time to start phase II, i.e. to work on evaluation and search and optimizations. I hope that we will see more improvements soon, especially when Thomastanck is back from his exams.
