I've tried contacting ocmiente to reschedule our game. Some family matters have come up that I have to attend to, so I definitely won't be able to keep the current time of the game.
This is rather last minute, and I haven't heard from ocmiente. Since it would have been ideal for him to have more time to respond to this last minute need, if I don't hear from him soon, it would seem only fair that I forfeit the game, since the problem is on my end (clyring, if other arrangements are possible, just let me know).
In case someone else should encounter ocmiente before I do, I did mention that I can be available this Sunday from 6 PM UTC onward.
In any case, I didn't want there to be any surprises regarding tomorrow's game.

Since I need to TC the currently scheduled game time anyway, I can potentially relocate your game mere minutes before its scheduled start, but of course this can only happen if both you and ocmiente can post consent to some time slot here by then. I suppose that the more reasonable backup timeslots you here unambiguously consent to, the more likely it is ocmiente will be able and willing to get the game moved.
("Sunday from 6 PM UTC onward" is ambiguous about the last timeslot consented to. I suppose at a critical moment I could apply some extra discretion here, but I'd much rather not need to.)
I appreciate the heads-up in the very unfortunate case no agreement can be reached. I trust you will be re-entering for round 4 in this case?

Hey there, this is obviously just a half hour away from your suggested time, but if you are willing and able to play at 7 pm UTC and clyring is okay with it (again, only a half-hour away, so I totally understand if it's too much of a bother), then I'm game.
@clyring Yes, I intend to continue playing the remainder of the games. As for what I mean by "6pm UTC onward," I can be available for an 8 hour stretch starting at 6pm UTC. I can also be available on Monday for the exact same time period.

Since the official ruling should also be reflected in the forums as well as the chatroom, here it is: I decided that officially rescheduling Shadow-ocmiente when I only received confirmation from ocmiente after the originally scheduled game had been registered as a forfeit would border on surreal despite being in many senses a preferable outcome for all parties.
