May 2018 One-day Open Swiss

We haven't had much in the way of events outside the world championships in a few years now. I enjoyed the format of the one-day swiss tournaments that were held in 2014 and think now is the right time to bring them back, starting with an event May 12, which should be around the same time this year's championship wraps up. I'm hoping for a good turnout.

(registration for the event - It doesn't actually affect anything, but I'll feel better if I know people are coming.  )
