Change game to unrated

I just added the ability to allow players to change their last game from rated to unrated if it was lost on time due to a computer or network problem. That way people don't have to wait for me to do that.
Click on the "Change Game" link in the left colum of the gameroom.
Although this could be abused, I trust that people will much more often use it appropriately.

while I disliked the idea of people asking you to do it I like the idea of an official feature - due to the immense size of the arimaa community abuse will be a minor problem.
It might grow with the number of players though - but that certainly is not a problem to think about in the near future (unless suddenly 1000 new players arise from somewhere)
