Hi there! I've been today at the bank of the Arimaa lake in southern Finland. A nice place indeed. More on this later, when I'm back home. My net connection is very poor here. A small photo (unedited just from my camera, more later):

Very nice! Congratulations on your lake, Omar. Or should I say "our lake" ?

Wow, Omar, did you know the name was used before (when you start naming this game Arimaa)?

There will be more pics. Yet from my 25 day trip to Scandinavia I brought back home around 4100 photos and a number of issues to address. I hope to publish some more data and a few more photos later this week.

Some more data: The Arimaa lake lies in southern Finland, about 100 kilometers west when looking from Helsinki: It is rather small and no main road is near. In fact most of them are ground roads: But there are a few points where you can reach its banks. The red arrow shows the point where I have been. It's a nice and peaceful place: If there are rabbits, cats or dogs nearby they are not visible. I've not seen any horses there either and I don't believe you can find camels or elephants there. But I've encountered a few ducks: And finally a pic showing myself there:

This lake looks like a front-portside view of the Concorde landing. Or maybe an SR-71.
