I think this time control can be really challenging.
Omar, could you implement it, as at least PMertens, Fritzlein and myslef will play at this rythm ?

Once Omar implements the fast time control we could organize a lightning tournament. We could do it informally, without scheduled game times or prizes, but with an informal commitment by everyone to try to find mutually agreeable times to play all their games. I'm thinking a quadruple round-robin (i.e. each player has two games with each color against each opponent) would be about right.

Well, this new feature (and the new bots) have turned out to be pretty popular. 289 of the last 500 games have been at the 15s time contol, i.e. well over half. Thanks for taking suggestions, Omar!
