I'm not sure if has to do with nested use of frames or what exactly, but going directly to http://arimaa.com/arimaa initially renders then has the navigation bar and the first part of the main content on the page disappear. If instead I go directly to http://arimaa.com/arimaa/introArticle/new.html bypassing one level of frames it all looks correct.
 
This version of Firefox will go to a general release October 9th.

Looks like the latest beta update fixed this so it shouldn't be a problem when the release goes out.
